Ericsson has been deeply plowed in Taiwan for more than 60 years. As early as 1957, Ericsson signed a control system contract with the Taiwan Railway Administration to build the infrastructure of the Taiwan railway system. In 1982, Ericsson established an office in Taipei.

In the past 30 years, the growth of Ericsson Taiwan has been closely related to the development of the telecommunications industry in Taiwan.

With the development of mobile communications, Ericsson is also providing a wide range of fixed and mobile networks, end-to-end solutions and services. In recent years as communications technology evolves to bring world-class communications services to Taiwanese consumers the service has expanded to new TV solutions, IoT center, IoT Accelerator, smart vessel management, and maritime safety solutions.

愛立信在台灣深根超過60年,早在1957年,愛立信即與台灣鐵路管理局簽定控制系統合約,建設台灣鐵路系統基礎建設。1982 年,Ericsson於在臺北設立辦事處。30多年來,隨著台灣通訊產業的發展與民營化,台灣愛立信除了提供廣泛的固網及行動網路的端對端解決方案及服務,近年來也擴展到新電視服務解決方案、終端產品互連測試中心、跨國物聯網平台,及智慧化船舶管理及船運安全服務等。



愛立信對任何形式的賄賂、貪腐、不正當影響或共謀行為都持零容忍態度。 2020年,愛立信的主要重點是應對新冠疫情。在此一年,愛立信持續致力於降低健康、安全及福利風險,讓每一名為愛立信工作的人員都能平安健康。為了加強此一承諾,公司還制定了2025年前,死亡及工安意外降為零的新目標。





2020年,愛立信開發了全面的數位包容方法,制定了加快行動寬頻可訪問性、可負擔性及數位教育的策略。公司還為其ICT及「攜手同窗」(Connect To Learn)教育計畫舉行了10週年慶祝。為了展現公司對教育的持續關注,愛立信與聯合國兒童基金會(UNICEF)建立了為期三年的全球合作夥伴關係,幫助UNICEF在2023年底前建立覆蓋35個國家/地區的學校連結,以支援實現2030年底前所有學校都能連網的Giga倡議。

愛立信還加入了聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO)領導的全球教育聯盟,以應對新冠疫情。主要貢獻是為因封鎖及居家隔離而無法正常上課的學生,推出了名為「愛立信教育」(Ericsson Educate)的數位學習計畫。
