Pfizer Taiwan upholds the spirit of continuous innovation and a patient-centered philosophy. In 2021, Pfizer Taiwan and National Health Research Institutes entered into a precision medicine cooperation alliance agreement, officially launching a joint initiative to develop precision cancer treatments in Taiwan. The agreement demonstrates Pfizer’s commits to the promotion of research and development on testing and developing precision medicine treatments for gene mutations that cause cancers. Through this collaboration, the alliance we hope to provide the most effective treatments for cancer patients in Taiwan and enhance Taiwan’s precision medicine development.

For example, the " Pfizer Women’s Resource" aims to help female colleagues enhance their career development awareness, encourage the pursuit of career aspirations and exert influence in the workplace. Every year, we will hold companywide events on March 8th to celebrate Pfizer Women’s Day.
