SinoPac Holdings Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as SinoPac) upholds the pace of innovation, strengthens compliance with regulations and risk management. Under the premise of regulated compliance and strict risk control, the Company develops products that meet market demands from the perspective of the customers and expands the deployment of digital finance. The subsidiaries include banks, securities, investment credit, leasing and venture capital, etc.; among them, overseas service sites are in Hong Kong, Macau, Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Dongguan, Kunshan, Xiamen, Yinchuan, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Los Angeles, and London, etc.


In 2020, under the leadership of the management team and the efforts of all SinoPac employees, the Company achieved an outstanding performance: The overall asset scale exceeded NT$2 trillion, and the net revenue reached a record high. In terms of comprehensive operating results, SinoPac won a total of 116 domestic and overseas awards in 2020, the highest number since establishment. The Company's corporate governance was ranked among the best grade in the governance evaluation of the Taiwan Stock Exchange for the first time. In terms of corporate social responsibility implementations, the Company was selected as one of the "Top 50 Large Companies" in the "CommonWealth CSR Corporate Citizenship Award," and consecutively selected as the constituent stock of the "TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index" and "FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index." This is the glory of SinoPac, and it is also our most important responsibility to all employees, shareholders, and the society.

I. The Most Heartwarming for Caring the Family

Happiness rights do not disappear, from offering the marriage leave postponement, providing warm and healthy packages for pregnant mothers, increasing the maternity subsidies, and upraising the hospitalization medical insurance for children.

II. Warmest Healthy Image

Launched flexible working schedules to reduce the risk of exposure to virus in May, cooperated with public welfare organizations to release the "Epidemic Prevention Gymnastics in YouTube," and launched 5 outdoor hiking sessions at the end of the year. Called on the employees to maintain a healthy life during the epidemic prevention. The Company also received the sporting enterprise certification.

III. The Most Intimate Talent Cultivation

The logic thinking and management capabilities of SinoPac's managers hold the central core to the future development. In 2020, the first SinoPac Leadership Academy was founded in order to cultivate the decision-making supervisors and lay the foundation for the sustainability of the Company.

IV. The Most Innovative Digital Transformation

The pandemic persisted and changed the business model. SinoPac was the first-runner in introducing Microsoft virtual desktops in Taiwan's financial industry, taking the lead in launching work from home mode, and simultaneously initiating a digital transformation project. A series of digital activities made the employees to adapt to the digital trend. For the public, the Company initiated the first Turing Plan in financial industry to select the most outstanding AI talents.

V. The Most Heart-touching Charity

During the pandemic, SinoPac continued to devote in charity and called on employees to do their best and send essential resources at critical moments. The "Send Love to Remote Village Project" continued for 3 years to ensure uninterrupted resources for children in remote villages and fulfill corporate social responsibilities.

疫情延燒轉變營運模式,永豐在台灣金融業中首先導入微軟虛擬桌面,率先啟動居家上班,同步啟動數位變革專案,一系列數位活動轉動員工數位腦,對外首創金融業AI儲備科學家專案(Turing Plan),遴選最傑出的AI人才。
