Taipei Fubon Bank is a 100% owned subsidiary of Fubon Financial Holdings. It currently consists of 135 domestic branches, 5 overseas branches and plus 1 office. 1. EARNEST LISTENING, BILATERAL COMMUNICATION, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS IN HARMONY

To treat our colleagues as if our customers. We provide holistic and warm service in 361 degrees. Regularly we conduct employee touchpoint surveys to listen to colleagues’ corporation identity and to create a workplace environment closer to the needs of colleagues. A total of 94% of our colleagues participated in the employee touchpoint survey conducted in 2020. The survey results show that our employees’ corporate identity is better than others in Taiwanese banking industry. In the future, we will pretty continuously promote the survey to understand our colleagues' expectations for the company. To enable our colleagues to fully understand the company’s strategic direction and improve the working environment together, we actively hold town hall meetings so that employees can speak freely and contribute their wisdom and creativity. By signing the collective bargaining agreement with labor unions to implement specific actions in terms of industrial relations harmony, we create a positive cycle of win-win for both ends of the employer and the employees.

2. CONSISTENT OPTIMIZATION OF SALARIES AND BENEFITS TO CONSOLIDATE FOUNDATION

To attract and stabilize talents, we strive to let grass-root employees win at the starting point by not only enhancing the competitiveness of the salary market for colleagues but raising the standard of starting salary pay for inexperienced personnel. Despite the impact on profit due to the pandemic of Covid-19, we grasped the opportunity and carried out the major adjustment to the salary pay structure by raising the fixed salary pay of employees to benchmark the market salary level. Additionally, to encourage our distinguished performers for long-term retention and development, we establish a bonus mechanism by continuously rewarding those outstanding performers with high potentials. We also optimize maternity leaves, maternity pension, and childcare pension that are superior to labor regulations.

3. CREATION AUTONOMOUS LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND PLANNED TALENT DEVELOPMENT TO RAISE EMPLOYEES’ MARKET VALUE

In our consummate system, we provide opportunities and resources for professional growth to our colleagues, including arrangement of rotation to expand competencies, degree advancement and foreign language subsidies, and encouraging and guiding our employees to obtain certificates. We promote the mobile learning App - Fubon Academy, which provides diverse learning topics such as finance themes, foreign languages, and management knowledge, and continue to optimize the platform to enrich resources to create a diverse and autonomous learning environment not restricted by time and space. Also we invest resources in talent development to stimulate the initiative of employees by building a wide stage for them, and help those become talents with accountability.

4. BUILDING EMPLOYEE CENTRIPETAL FORCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE CARE

Unlike traditional consultations in passive terms, we are committed to actively care for the physical and mental health of our employees by becoming the first employers hiring attorney, professional counseling psychologist, doctors, nurse, nutritionist, and occupational safety officers in Taiwan’s financial industry. Proactively the employee relationship center identifies and take good care of every potential need. Besides, for all time we have been consistently promoting sports amongst peers so that we are awarded the "Sports Enterprise Certification" from the Ministry of Education in consecutive years. By vigorously promoting numerous health optimization plans internally, we hold multiple sports activities and invite employees' family members to participate. We believe by doing so it will not only enhance camaraderie but merely team centripetal force.
