Cultivating the Taiwanese market for over 65 years, Unison Healthcare Group (UHG) has become the leader of Taiwan’s medical equipment integration service. Through collaboration with world-leading manufacturers including Stryker, Zimmer Biomet, Siemens, Philips, and GE, we are committed to promoting high-tech medical equipment and medical robots for different areas of medical specialization and departments. In addition, our stock of related spare parts is also at the top of Asia, providing technical support for up to 45 countries. To carry out our mission “inspire healthcare for happiness”, we extended our mission from the quality of healthcare to the quality of life, created the healthcare brand “Yunfei’s Choice”, and established subsidiaries including PAPASIGN, Unison Yoga, and Unison Medical Academy.


Given that people are Unison’s backbone, we spare no effort in maintaining the work-life balance for employees. At work, besides organizing various training courses and providing guidance for professional certification, we offer employees sound remuneration and benefits, such as reasonable pay and group insurance. In life, besides organizing yoga classes to provide employees with physical and mental care, we also arrange various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for employees to expose them to different types of activities. We also provide employees with a safe, comfortable, and happy workplace environment. In 2020, we earned the “Taiwan iSport” certification from the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education in recognition of our efforts in promoting sports within the organization.

Work Competence Training

With Asia-leading expertise, UHG has a customer service team of nearly 100 members. Besides receiving training from original manufacturers every year from overseas or through videoconferencing, we also arrange internal training given by fully trained engineers and hold regular technical seminars and other training activities to make the best arrangements and quality control for the professional training of employees. To date, we have acquired over 500 technical certificates from original manufacturers. Besides supporting the installation, operation training, and complete maintenance and repair services of equipment for all medical institutions in Taiwan, we also provide technical support for 45 countries with a technical capacity recognized by worldwide healthcare providers.

Talent Management System

Based on the concept: Begin with the End in Mind, we plan training and development, performance evaluation, and initial competence inventory based on the expected outcomes and career development of employees. Besides encouraging employees to develop multidisciplinary competencies and directly reflecting their achievements in salaries and remuneration to make the moment of change more significant, we also encourage internal transfer and job rotation to promote cross-disciplinary circulation and the development of employees. Alongside the use of data analysis and IT systems, we establish an internal potential talent pool and systematize the learning development system to facilitate the achievement of talent management.

Change-Inspiring Internal Communication Platform

We are committed to building a multidimensional communication platform to provide space for each employee to express their opinions. Therefore, we organize the UHG Town hall meeting for employees within the group to exchange their opinions, share their creativity, make internal CSR proposals, and engage in one-on-one discussions with management. By creating opportunities for exchanging opinions, we hope to bring chances for the development to employees and more possibilities and changes to the organization.

Embracing Happiness Together

Over the least three years, we organized over 50 activities to care for terrestrial life, marine life, and stray animals for employees and their relatives and friends to practice life education and care actions. We also invited the participation of local communities. Every year, enterprise volunteers provide over 1,000 hours of volunteer services. We also engage in long-term cooperation with medical colleges and universities across Taiwan to broadcast The Silent Teacher over 30 times in our traveling show to help medical students realize the importance of doctor-patient relationships and career calling. We also engage in cooperation with the Formosa Cancer Foundation to introduce yoga for cancer patients.

Besides pursuing the long-lasting common good with partners and customers, we value the physical and mental development of employees and make constant social contributions through real actions. 友信具傲視全亞洲的專業能力,近百位的專業客戶服務團隊,除每年至海外接受原廠訓練或遠端視訊訓練外,也安排完訓之工程師於內部開課,及定期招開技術研討會…等,為人才的專業訓練做最好的安排與把關。至今我們共取得500張以上原廠技術認證,除了支持台灣醫療院所設備安裝、操作訓練與完善維修保養服務外,技術支援更跨足45國,技術能力深獲世界各醫療單位肯定。

人才管理制度

我們運用以終為始的概念,從希望同仁達到程度與職涯發展,回推到訓練發展、績效考核,以及最源頭的職能盤點,鼓勵同仁發展可移轉跨領域職能,並且落實薪酬上直接反映,讓改變的動能更明顯,同時我們也鼓勵內部轉任與職務輪調,促進人才跨領域流動與發展,再運用數據分析與資訊系統,建立內部潛力人才庫與學習發展制度系統化,協助人才管理的落實。

我們舉辦陸域、海洋生態及流浪動物各類關懷行動3年達50場以上,帶領員工及親友實踐生命教育關懷行動,並邀請社區鄰里共同參與,企業志工服務每年超過1000小時。與全台醫療相關大專院校長期合作,舉辦30場以上巡迴影展「那個靜默的陽光午後」,協助醫學院學生在進入職場前體悟醫病關係與職業使命,也與台灣癌症基金會合作,推出癌友專屬瑜珈。
