II. We believe in Employee Potential.

We put effort into developing of full life cycle management of our people. At present, a talent ecosystem has been established in Vertiv where individuals can make the best use of their talents, which provides a strong talent foundation for the Company's further development and provides employees with a broad space for personal growth to allow continuous learning and career development opportunity. We are not limiting them to work on what they have been assigned, instead we encourage them to explore in the new areas and to enable them to get more internal opportunities and resources to develop themselves.

By organizing training sessions, our people can capture not only professional knowledge and competency enhancement, but also release their potential as in the team. We have support from internal parties to provide technical training to engineers and professional support to relevant departments. We have been working with external coaches to arrange in-house training for our staff to enhance their competencies and to allow our future stars to build up their leadership skills. The Company has established and carried out multi-channel communication, cultivated a corporate culture of open communication, and promoted communication and interaction with our people. We have town hall meetings to share company strategies and business performance to ensure our people are with us and can act as an owner by understanding the development plan and coming direction of the Company.

Regular communication meetings and lunch gatherings are also being held to communicate face-to-face with employees to understand employees' work, business or other issues that employees care about, and follow up to solve them. We like meeting each other at the pantry with refreshment provided by the Company. We enjoy the way with our people in mutual communication to settle the challenges together in advance.
