Yulon NISSAN Motor Co. Ltd. (YNM) was born in 2003 through the joint venture from Yulon Motor and NISSAN Motor Co., Ltd, devotes to achieve excellence in design, R&D, Marketing and service of NISSAN and INFINITI brand in Taiwan.

Following three management philosophies from Yulon Group, “Achieve customer satisfaction, Create prosperity for the corporation, Contribute to the welfare of society” and participating in NISSAN's international division structure, YNM strives to provide competitive automotive models in line with regional trends and create customers with greater value and maximize synergy effect and shareholder equity. YNM has successfully positioned itself in the global market with its remarkable automotive design competence and commits to becoming the benchmark company of “Product Innovation” and “Service Innovation” in the cross-strait automobile industry.


“Bring out the Value in People” to Build Competiveness of YNM

YNM takes “Bring out the Value in People” as the strategy of talent development and believes the spirit “teaching a man how to fish is better than giving him a fish” to boost development and learning atmosphere and create the competiveness continuously. YNM management team fully support with the management philosophy of “Recognition, Cherish, Fulfillment” to train the 1ST talent with “Innovation, Speed, Teamwork”. During the pandemic of COVID-19, YNM keeps talent training by various on-line activities alternatively, such as learning courses, discussion platform, knowledge bank and gamification of learning to bring out the value in people with no limitation and barrier.

“Competency” to Develop the Completed Talent Development System

YNM establish core, management and profession competency to develop the training and development system with various training channels including on-job training, off-job training, self-training, coaching program and online courses; meanwhile, using NISSAN unique “V-UP” way to plant the DNA of problem-solved in YNMers. Furthermore, YNM develop three key talent program “EMP, EMTP, HPP and dual-ladder career roadmap” for different type employees and strength talent development. YNM assists our partners (dealers and suppliers) by sharing the talent and experience to build up competiveness collaboratively in NISSAN of Taiwan.

“Listening the Voice from Employees” to Found the Working Place with Happiness, Healthy and Friendly

YNM is as one of company of Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index from Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and strives to create the excellent working environment and policy by listening the voice from employees, adjusting the compensation and benefit regularly, engaging excellent teams and employees with annually YNM President Award, setting flexible and additional leaves for work and life balance, providing free dormitory and shuttle bus to who are lives far from company and building lots areas and activities including gym, swimming pool, sport competition, department team-building and year-end party for off-working relaxing. Moreover, YNM pays more attention on employees’ health by establishing clinic with full-time doctor and nurse with completely health care and service and providing group insurance which cover to all employees and their family for completely safety.

“1ST Spirit” to Carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

To be the best company and greatest support to society, YNM take 1ST spirit to carry out CSR with supporting vehicle technical on the competition held by government, holding vehicle design and marketing competition to university students, opening site visiting for students from different ages and launching the plan of industry-university cooperation, such as NCKU career coach program, NTHU talent program, NSYSU big data program. YNM are fully support the education to develop more potentially vehicle talents from school and society because of belief “taking from the society and using in the society”.
