In the face of the pandemic in 2020, we enhance the digitalization of human resource management, making sure that our measures not be affected by the epidemic. We also increase our social influence by improving university–industry collaboration, and providing more job transfer opportunities. The following are the key Policy Responses during the pandemic:

1. First Arrow: Flexible Management
  • Construct an open and effective communication in the organization.
    • On-Line sectoral meetings to reach consensus, communicate, and nurture organizational culture.
    • Establish the highest-level pandemic response team. Implementing “split operations” and “work from home” to improve resilience during pandemic.
    • Awards and recognition through online broadcast.

  • “Work smartly, Live healthily” philosophy
    • Keep promoting “Flexible eight working hours’ shift” and “Humanized shift arrangement”. Improving efficiency by upgrade “I-plus intelligent agent”, the mobile service platform.
    • Organize 3 sports games annually. We are the first realty company to receive a “sports loving corporation certification” issued by Taiwan government. During the pandemic, we organize a walking competition that combine online and offline.

  • Innovation in talent management. Creating a working system that employee can actually enjoy in work.
    • Promoting gamification in the workplace, a platform that combining performance, promotion and rewarding. Implement motivation for achievement in the workplace.
    • Continue to promote personalized human resource system, understand personal strengths and development plans.
2. Second Arrow: Diverse Development Opportunities
  • Provide a well-planned career development plan and vision to all employees text
    • Offer professional and management positions for each employee in every career stage, employees can make career choices based on their personal career plan.
    • Job rotation program across departments and functions. It enables the employees to gain exposure to different parts of the business while growing and expanding skill sets, the management experience and capability in particular.
  • Comprehensive career training and development program :Offer different On-job-training programs. Develop a number of digital courses in response to the pandemic. Digital courses increase 50% in 2020.
  • improving university – industry collaboration :Extend social responsibility to campuses, collaborating with more than 30 university departments, offering up to 36K salary paid internship opportunities. Provide corporate visit opportunities, introduce students to explore more possibilities in real estate services. Combine CSR and USR, deepens university-industry collaboration and know-how transfer.
3. Third Arrow: Happiness maximized
  • Market competitive compensation and bonus: In addition to the existing bonus and benefits, in 2020 we also offer
    • Guarantee NTD 50K monthly salary in the first 9 months for new agents, and at least 36K guarantee monthly salary for all agent.
    • Bonus-raised for all management team, average income of shop manager and department chief average income increase 30%.
    • Provide up to NTD 2.5 million “Happy home building fund” for each agent annually. Give out nearly 70millions in 2020.
    • Guarantee NTD 36K monthly salary for unexperienced service executive who has no pressure to meet any quota.
    • The employees in logistic administrative units got pay raise three times in three years.
    • Increase budget in rewarding activities.
  • Caring employee’s physical and mental health: Reduce anxiety due to the pandemic by strengthen Employee Assistance Program, such as phone interview, Stress Management Courses. Support Employees' Mental Health through supervisors. Work with Healthcare Consulting Firms to Caring employee’s health.

    • 保障新進業務前9個月每月5萬元,滿9個月後加碼保障至3.6萬。
