Novartis ThailandNovartis (Thailand) Limited employs over 500 people in Thailand and offers a wide range of healthcare products through our Innovative Medicines and Sandoz Divisions. Our activities include marketing, partnering projects and clinical researches. The company has contributed to patients’ needs in Thailand since 1971, first through the parent companies, Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz, and subsequently through the merged entity, Novartis. Throughout the years, Novartis (Thailand) Limited and its predecessor companies have provided many innovative products that treat illness and create a high quality of life for Thai patients.
Novartis Pharmaceuticals commercializes innovative, patented primary care and specialty medicines in the areas of Cardio-Metabolism, Immunology, Hepatology and Dermatology, Neuroscience, Ophthalmology and Respiratory. Our flexibility policy formally shifts from manager-approved to manager-informed for all office-based associates around the world. More importantly, we work to promote the well-being of our associates and strengthen our company’s culture to support our ability to execute our strategy. Our Energized for Life initiatives , including programs to improve employees’ health and well-being. For example, we initiated the “Care package” which includes surgical masks, alcohol-based hand sanitizers as, alcohol wipe and also vitamin during pandemic. We started rolling out mindfulness and mental health support program to employees and their family members. In addition, we also provide an “Energized for Life Benefits” in order to support the expenses on associates’ health and wellness including their family members and life partners regardless of gender.
