In 2018, Carnival came into the market as a Digital Agency specializing in the production of digital content. Carnival did not only focus on developing and strengthening creative content capacity but also put a substantial amount of its investment in video production equipment from the get go. As a result, Carnival is able to professionally execute ideas and ensure the strict requirements of production expertise. In 2019, only 2 years after it was founded, the number of customers coming to Carnival greatly increased with requests to make online videos and media contents from ideas to execution.
With the direction of becoming a Digital Agency which specializes in consulting and producing creative digital assets, it is clear to see that Carnival functions as a hybrid agency with its own production house that can propose creative ideas, plan IMC campaigns and produce different types of content. Carnival's ultimate goal has always been to bring partners the best business results with well-thought-out, interesting and engaging creative products targeting the right audiences.
With the outstanding growth, Carnival has made two major changes, which are standardization of operating procedures and expansion of personnel. From a small company with only 5 members and 3 departments: Account, Creative and Production, Carnival now has more than 30 employees with many different departments. Regarding the operating process, work is reasonably divided in volume to utilize resources as well as work process.
